Tell your client about ConveyDirect, or introduce us directly by email. There is nothing to send us and no formal handover required. If you are their registered mortgage broker, your name is already recorded in the sale contract, so the referral is transparent by default.
2. We handle the matter personally
Every referred matter is handled personally by our Principal Conveyancer, start to finish. Your client, and you, can email directly at any point during the transaction.
3. You get paid once the contract goes unconditional
$200 per referral, paid directly to you, with no limit on how many clients you refer. Because your name appears in the contract as the client's mortgage broker, we don't need anything extra from you to confirm it was your referral. No fee is payable if the contract does not proceed to unconditional.

Who handles my client's matter?
A dedicated conveyancer is assigned from day one and handles the matter personally. Your client will always know who they're dealing with, no call centres, no being passed around.
What do you charge?
Fixed fees only, no hidden costs and no surprises at settlement. Fees are generally payable on settlement, so clients pay nothing upfront. We also offer unlimited free contract reviews, with no charge if your client decides not to proceed. This never affects what your client pays, and your referral fee is paid separately by us.

What happens if the deal falls through?
No referral fee is payable if a contract does not proceed to unconditional. This keeps the program straightforward and fair for everyone.
How will I know the file is progressing?
We provide updates to both you and your client at every key milestone, including when contracts are reviewed, finance is confirmed, and settlement is booked. You won't need to chase us.
What if my client is unhappy?
We'll make it right. If a client is genuinely unhappy with our service, we offer a full refund where appropriate.
How will I be paid?
By bank transfer or cash, whichever you prefer, once the contract goes unconditional. Let us know your preference when you sign up and we will confirm payment details and any invoicing requirements.
